We just had a wonderful weekend in Pagosa at the Pagosa Folk and Bluegrass Festival. Thanks again to Dan and Crista for having us and thanks to all of you wonderful audience members for making us feel so welcome. We had a great weekend.

 

If you went, I'm sure you saw a couple of different aspects of The Badly Bent. First, Mark was playing on stage on a stool 'cause he severely broke his ankle a couple of weeks ago - that's the lowlight. Fortunately, this inconvenience won't affect the rest of our summer.

 

The HIGHLIGHT was that we were joined by our great friend and fabulous fiddle player, Joel Denman, from Parker, Colorado. Thanks for being a part of our weekend, Joel!

 

Next on the agenda is a free concert at Three Springs in Durango on Saturday, June 14 from noon - 4 pm. Then, on Saturday, June 28, we'll be in Dolores at the Dolores River Brewery. That is a great venue with great food and should be a lot of energy and excitement.
