The heat is on, everything is growing, and the band's been on the road. Summer 2010 has been a busy and fun summer for us.
Starting in June, we were honored to be invited to partcipate in the Pagosa Folk & Bluegrass Festival. Great venue, great crowds, great response. Thanks to Dan Appenzellar and Crista Munroe for a fantastice weekend. After Pagosa, we took a short break for some vacation time. Our return to performances started with a great weekend in Snowbird, Utah for the Snowbird Summer Music Festival. We had a very warm welcome and great response. Thanks to the entire IAMA organization for making us a part of your great event. Ruthie, you're the best.
Also in July, we will be perfroming in Eagle, Colorado at the Eagle Town Park and at the top of the Vail Mountain gondola for their Friday Afternoon Crowd. Both of these are sponsored by the Vail Valley Foundation. The following weekend we are honored to be a part of the Keystone Beer and Bluegrass Festival in Keystone, Colorado. After another small break, we will be in South Fork, Colorado for the Rhythyms on the Rio Festival and the following weekend in Santa Fe for the Southwest Picker's Festival.
